SUMMARY: All Spiriteric services including Psyche Development Sessions, Animal Communication, and the Rise Program require full payment in advance and are completely non-refundable under any circumstances. You must be 18+ years old to participate, and sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance but forfeit entirely if cancelled within 48 hours. All sessions are mandatory recorded via Zoom and AI transcription for legal protection and your integration benefit, with recordings provided to you within 5-15 business days. By participating, you automatically grant Spiriteric perpetual worldwide rights to use session content for case studies, testimonials, and educational materials unless you specifically request limited marketing rights in writing before your session.

Psyche Recovery sessions provide comprehensive energy clearing, entity removal, and soul rejuvenation for those feeling drained, fragmented, or spiritually blocked. These sessions address energetic depletion, negative attachments, and deep spiritual cleansing needs. The work involves psychic reading, energy field assessment, and targeted healing techniques specific to your soul’s requirements.

While many clients experience profound shifts, breakthroughs, and positive changes, Spiriteric makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Results vary based on individual circumstances, readiness for change, implementation of guidance, and numerous factors beyond our control. No promises are made regarding increased wealth, health improvements, relationship outcomes, career success, or any other specific results.

Mandatory Recording Disclosure

This is a non-negotiable condition of service. If you do not consent to recording, you may not participate in sessions.

Session recordings will be provided via secure link within 5-15 business days. Links remain active for 30 days. After expiration, a $25 administrative fee applies for link renewal. Recordings remain property of Spiriteric with usage rights granted to you for personal review only. You may not distribute, sell, or publicly share session recordings.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 48 hours forfeit the session entirely with no refund or credit. Complete Release of Claims

You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Spiriteric, Ruby Rayne, Moto.Red Design House LLC, and all agents, employees, successors, assigns, or representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by you, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in any services, or from any information, guidance, or advice provided.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Spiriteric’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall Spiriteric be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action.

Arbitration Agreement

SUMMARY: Spiriteric and its practitioners are not licensed veterinarians, veterinary technicians, animal nutritionists, or any form of licensed animal healthcare professionals. Any information, insights, or guidance provided during Animal Communication sessions regarding your pet’s health, behavior, diet, or medical condition is given with the explicit understanding that you are required to consult with your licensed, qualified, experienced Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or appropriate veterinary specialist to assess the usefulness and accuracy of the information received. All health-related impressions must be verified through proper veterinary examination, diagnostic testing, and professional medical evaluation. You acknowledge that psychic animal communication cannot diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace veterinary care, and you agree not to make medical decisions for your pet based solely on spiritual guidance without professional veterinary consultation and approval.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE

Animal Communication Services ($97 / 90 minutes)

Animal Communication sessions provide psychic mediumship to connect with the souls of your animal companions, both living and deceased. Ruby Rayne channels messages, emotions, and insights directly from your beloved pets, providing comfort, understanding, and healing for both you and your animal family members. Sessions may address your pet’s needs, feelings, health concerns, behavioral insights, or final messages of love.

Sessions are limited to one or two pets per appointment. A session can take up to 2 hours for 2 pets or approximately 35 – 55 minutes per pet. Due to electronic calendar system scheduling limitations, sessions are booked for 90-minute blocks with a 30-minute administrative padding window to accomodate all session types including those that require more immersive and expansive connections. Clients will see a 90-minute session confirmation. Spiriteric will see a 2-hour session confirmation.

Sessions can range from 30 minutes – 120 minutes based on actual session work required. All Animal Communication sessions are a flat rate cost and no refunds are given if a session is shorter than the scheduled time block and no additional costs are incurred if a session takes the full time block of up to 2 hours. If a session appears to go over time, the client will be offered the ability to pay a $50 continuation fee to continue the current session for up to 30 additional minutes (if no other clients will be displaced in the calendar at that time), or the client will be instructed to book an additional session for another time to continue the work at the regular rate of $97. 

Nature of Psychic Animal Communication

This service involves intuitive and psychic communication with animals through energetic connection and spiritual mediumship. Information received is interpreted and translated through Ruby Rayne’s psychic abilities. While many clients report remarkable accuracy and validation, the subjective nature of psychic communication means experiences and results vary.

While intuitive insights have helped many clients identify issues for veterinary investigation, you are required to seek professional veterinary care for all medical concerns.

You explicitly agree not to rely solely on psychic communication for health decisions and will not delay or avoid veterinary care based on session content. Emergency situations require immediate veterinary attention – not psychic consultation.

Translator Role Only

Ruby Rayne acts exclusively as an intuitive translator, relaying impressions and messages perceived from your animal. The interpretation and application of this information remains solely your responsibility. You acknowledge that psychic communication is subjective and that Ruby Rayne cannot verify the objective accuracy of messages received.

Absolute No-Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO EXCEPTIONS: Due to the immediate commencement of energetic work, space holding, and access to proprietary methodologies, the $5,000 investment is completely non-refundable once payment is made. This policy is absolute and applies regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to:

ALL Pet Loss Grief Group sessions are recorded via Zoom’s video, audio, and AI transcription features, as well as through Fathom AI. This recording serves multiple purposes:

2. Ethical Standards: Recordings ensure professional guidelines and ethical boundaries are maintained.
3. Participant Access: Recordings are provided to active participants for continued healing and integration.
4. Quality Assurance: Recordings may be reviewed internally to maintain service quality and facilitator development.

Consent for Recording and Potential Use

By participating in Pet Loss Grief Group sessions, you grant Spiriteric and Ruby Rayne the following permissions:

Our approach is more in-depth and complex than traditional “parts work” or Internal Family Systems therapy, with the aim of reaching the source of consciousness. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By choosing to use our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Payment
All sessions must be paid in full during the time of booking and before the scheduled appointment time. We accept payment via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal.

Refunds
All sales are final, and no refunds or exceptions will be made.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your session at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you fail to do so, you will be charged for the full session and will not have the opportunity to redeem your session. We hold the right to make exceptions for emergency circumstances when deemed appropriate.

Digital Recording
All sessions will be recorded, and a copy will be provided to you via Dropbox within 5 – 15 standard business days (up to 3 calendar weeks) of the session. We reserve the right not to provide a copy of the session based on the nature and content of the session. If a download link is provided, the client has 30 days to download a copy. If the link expires before the client can download their copy, the client will be required to pay a $25 fee for a new link to be provided.

Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our clients. We will not share any information about you or your sessions without your written consent except as required by law.
