Applicability

These Advertising and Cookies Terms and Disclaimers (“Advertising Terms”) apply to all advertisements, sponsored content, social media promotions, email marketing, and digital communications published by Spiriteric, a DBA of Moto.Red Design House LLC, across all platforms and channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google, email, and any current or future advertising medium. These Advertising Terms supplement and operate in conjunction with all other agreements, waivers, and terms published on this page. In the event of a conflict between these Advertising Terms and a service-specific agreement, the service-specific agreement controls for that service.

Social Media and Digital Advertising

Spiriteric advertises Spirit Notes channeled email readings, Psyche Development sessions, Psyche Recovery sessions, Animal Communication sessions, the Rise Program, SoulMirror, and other services through social media platforms and digital channels. All advertisements are subject to the same terms, conditions, and disclaimers that govern the actual services provided. No advertisement creates an independent agreement or modifies the terms of any service agreement.

Entertainment Purposes Classification

LEGAL CLASSIFICATION: All services advertised by Spiriteric, regardless of how they are described in advertising materials, are legally classified as for entertainment purposes only. This classification applies at all times, without exception, regardless of advertising language, testimonials, described benefits, client experiences, or any other content displayed in any advertisement on any platform.

Advertised services do not constitute and must not be interpreted as:

• Medical, mental health, psychiatric, or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or advice
• Licensed professional counseling or psychotherapy
• Legal, financial, tax, or investment advice
• Veterinary medicine, animal health care, or veterinary diagnosis
• Any form of service requiring a professional license issued by any state or federal authority

This classification is not a mere formality. It reflects the legal nature of all services provided and is material to your decision to engage with Spiriteric.

No Guaranteed Results or Outcomes

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Spiriteric makes no guarantees, warranties, representations, or promises regarding the results, outcomes, effectiveness, accuracy, or benefits of any service. All services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• No specific outcome, clarity, revelation, healing, or transformation can be guaranteed
• Spiritual and psychic guidance is inherently subjective and interpretive
• Psychic, channeling, mediumship, and energy healing abilities are not scientifically proven or validated
• Your results depend entirely on your own interpretation, choices, and actions
• Past client experiences, regardless of how positive, do not predict your personal experience
• Some clients report profound experiences while others may not
• No claim made in any advertisement constitutes a promise of specific results

Testimonials, Endorsements, and Client Feedback

Generally Expected Results: The testimonials, success stories, case studies, star ratings, and client feedback displayed in Spiriteric advertisements and on the Spiriteric website represent genuine individual experiences. However, these represent selected favorable examples and are not representative of what all or most clients experience. The generally expected result of any Spiriteric service is a spiritual or intuitive experience that varies significantly from person to person, with no measurable or guaranteed outcome. Some clients report meaningful insights. Others do not. Many experiences fall somewhere in between. No client should expect any specific result based on another client’s testimonial.

Review Integrity: Spiriteric does not fabricate, purchase, or procure fake reviews or testimonials. Spiriteric does not suppress, delete, or hide negative reviews to distort the perception of its services. Star ratings are calculated from verified client reviews across multiple platforms including Google, Facebook, and direct client feedback. Ratings reflect aggregate satisfaction across selected reviews and do not represent a scientific or statistically representative sample. Individual experiences range from highly positive to neutral to unsatisfying.

Material Connections: If any testimonial or endorsement displayed in Spiriteric advertising was provided by a person who received a discount, free service, or any other incentive in exchange for the testimonial, that connection will be clearly and conspicuously disclosed in proximity to the testimonial.

Professional Consultation Required

MANDATORY DISCLAIMER: If any Spiriteric advertisement mentions, references, or implies relevance to health, mental health, medical conditions, relationships, career decisions, financial matters, legal concerns, pet health, or any topic requiring professional expertise, you are required to consult with appropriately licensed professionals before making any significant decisions. Spiritual guidance is not a substitute for and does not replace professional consultation of any kind. Spiriteric is not responsible for decisions you make based on advertising content without obtaining appropriate professional guidance.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Spiriteric services are premium spiritual guidance services priced at professional consulting rates. Pricing displayed in advertisements reflects rates current at the time of ad publication but is subject to change at any time without notice. Spiriteric may offer promotional pricing, discounts, packages, or limited-time offers at its sole discretion. Any reduced rate represents a discount from standard rates and does not establish a new standard rate or entitle the purchaser to the same pricing in the future. Current pricing is always displayed on the booking page at the time of purchase. In the event of a discrepancy between pricing in an advertisement and pricing on the booking page, the booking page price at the time of transaction controls.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. This includes but is not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with guidance, messages, or information received
• Inability to connect with specific guidance, entities, or animal companions
• Change of mind after purchase
• Disagreement with information or guidance provided
• Expectations not met, regardless of the basis for those expectations
• Any other reason whatsoever

By clicking on any advertisement and subsequently booking services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. This no-refund policy is a material term of the transaction and your agreement to it is a condition of purchase.

Delivery Timelines

Service delivery timelines mentioned in advertisements (such as “delivered within 7 days”) represent maximum timeframes, not guarantees of delivery speed. While Spiriteric strives to meet stated timelines, actual delivery depends on reading queue volume, channeling requirements, and practitioner availability. No compensation, refund, credit, or other remedy will be provided for deliveries that take up to the full stated timeframe.

Privacy and Data Usage from Advertising

When you interact with Spiriteric advertisements (clicking, viewing, liking, sharing, commenting, or otherwise engaging), social media platforms and advertising networks may collect data about your interaction according to their respective privacy policies, which are outside of Spiriteric’s control. By engaging with advertisements, you acknowledge that:

• Platforms track your ad interactions pursuant to their own terms of service
• Tracking pixels, cookies, and similar technologies may be used for ad optimization and performance measurement
• You may see retargeting advertisements based on your prior interactions
• Anonymous and aggregated data may be collected for advertising analytics

Spiriteric does not receive your personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by booking services or subscribing to communications. For information about how Spiriteric handles personal data, please review the Privacy Policy section of this page.

Age Restrictions

All Spiriteric services are restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older. By engaging with advertisements and booking services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Services cannot be purchased on behalf of minors. Spiriteric does not knowingly market to, collect data from, or provide services to individuals under the age of 18 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Third-Party Platform Compliance

Spiriteric advertisements comply with the advertising policies of the platforms on which they appear, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and any other current or future platform. These platforms generally classify spiritual, psychic, and intuitive services as entertainment services that do not constitute medical, health, or professional advice. Spiriteric’s compliance with platform advertising policies does not create any additional rights, warranties, or representations beyond those stated in these Advertising Terms.

Liability Release for Advertising Content

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Spiriteric, Ruby Rayne, Moto.Red Design House LLC, and all of their respective officers, members, agents, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to:

• Decisions made or actions taken based on advertising content
• Expectations created by testimonials, reviews, case studies, or examples shown in advertising
• Your interpretation of advertising language, imagery, or claims
• Results that differ from those described, depicted, or implied in advertisements
• Any claims, representations, or descriptions made in advertising materials
• Your reliance on advertising content without obtaining independent professional consultation

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to your engagement with Spiriteric advertising, your violation of these Advertising Terms, or any third-party claims resulting from your use of information obtained through Spiriteric advertisements.

Geographic Restrictions and Legal Compliance

Advertisements may be shown to audiences in any geographic location reached by the advertising platforms used. By booking services after viewing an advertisement, you represent and warrant that you are located in a jurisdiction where spiritual, psychic, and intuitive services are legally permitted and that you are not prohibited by any applicable local, state, national, or international law from receiving such services. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of receiving Spiriteric services in your jurisdiction.

Modification of Advertising Terms

Spiriteric reserves the right to modify advertising content, pricing, service descriptions, and these Advertising Terms at any time without prior notice. Your booking of any service constitutes acceptance of these Advertising Terms as they exist at the time of purchase, regardless of when you viewed the original advertisement. The current version of these terms is always available on this page.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Advertising Terms, any Spiriteric advertisement, or any services purchased following engagement with an advertisement, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in King County, Washington. Each party shall bear its own costs, expenses, and attorney fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Spiriteric or any Released Party.

GOVERNING LAW: These Advertising Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent that any legal proceeding is not subject to arbitration, exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.

Severability

If any provision of these Advertising Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Advertising Terms, together with all other agreements, waivers, and terms published on this page and the service-specific agreements applicable to the services you purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spiriteric regarding the subject matter herein. No oral or written statement by any Spiriteric representative, including in advertising materials, shall modify or supplement these terms unless set forth in a signed written amendment.

By clicking on any Spiriteric advertisement and subsequently booking services, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You understand all services are for entertainment purposes only
2. You accept that results vary significantly and are not guaranteed
3. You understand that testimonials represent individual experiences and not generally expected results
4. You will consult appropriately licensed professionals before making significant life, health, financial, or legal decisions
5. You accept the no-refund policy without exception
6. You are 18 years of age or older
7. You have read, understood, and accept all Terms of Service published on this page
8. You agree to binding arbitration in King County, Washington for any disputes
9. You waive participation in any class action proceeding against Spiriteric
10. Your booking constitutes binding acceptance of all terms

ANIMAL COMMUNICATION SESSIONS — TERMS, WAIVERS, AND COMPREHENSIVE AGREEMENTS

SERVICE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

This comprehensive agreement governs your participation in Animal Communication sessions offered by Spiriteric, operated by Ruby Rayne and Moto.Red Design House LLC. By scheduling, paying for, or participating in any Animal Communication session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all terms, conditions, waivers, and agreements contained herein.

SUMMARY: Spiriteric and its practitioners are not licensed veterinarians, veterinary technicians, animal nutritionists, or any form of licensed animal healthcare professionals. Any information, insights, or guidance provided during Animal Communication sessions regarding your pet’s health, behavior, diet, or medical condition is given with the explicit understanding that you are required to consult with your licensed, qualified, experienced Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or appropriate veterinary specialist to assess the usefulness and accuracy of the information received. All health-related impressions must be verified through proper veterinary examination, diagnostic testing, and professional medical evaluation. You acknowledge that psychic animal communication cannot diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace veterinary care, and you agree not to make medical decisions for your pet based solely on spiritual guidance without professional veterinary consultation and approval.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE

Animal Communication Services

Animal Communication sessions are premium spiritual services priced at professional consulting rates. Spiriteric may offer promotional pricing, discounts, packages, or limited-time offers at its sole discretion. Any reduced rate represents a discount from standard rates and does not establish a new standard rate or entitle the purchaser to the same pricing in the future. Current pricing is always displayed on the booking page at the time of purchase.

Animal Communication sessions provide psychic mediumship to connect with the souls of your animal companions, both living and deceased. Ruby Rayne channels messages, emotions, and insights directly from your beloved pets, providing comfort, understanding, and healing for both you and your animal family members. Sessions may address your pet’s needs, feelings, health concerns, behavioral insights, or final messages of love.

Each session is limited to one (1) animal companion. Sessions are booked in 60-minute blocks. Actual session length may vary based on the nature of the connection and the communication received. No refunds are given if a session concludes in less than 60 minutes, and no additional costs are incurred if a session requires the full block. If a session appears to require additional time, the client may be offered the ability to pay a continuation fee to extend the current session (if no other clients will be displaced in the calendar), or the client will be instructed to book a separate session to continue the work at the then-current rate. Requests to communicate with multiple animals must be booked as separate sessions at the then-current rate for each animal.

Nature of Psychic Animal Communication

This service involves intuitive and psychic communication with animals through energetic connection and spiritual mediumship. Information received is interpreted and translated through Ruby Rayne’s psychic abilities. While many clients report remarkable accuracy and validation, the subjective nature of psychic communication means experiences and results vary. No specific outcome, connection quality, or accuracy of information can be guaranteed.

CRITICAL VETERINARY AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMERS

Not Veterinary Medicine

ESSENTIAL DISCLAIMER: Ruby Rayne is not, nor claims to be, a veterinarian, veterinary technician, animal health care provider, animal nutritionist, animal behaviorist, or any form of licensed or credentialed animal medical or behavioral professional. Animal Communication services cannot and do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, recommend medications, or provide veterinary care of any kind.

Spiriteric cannot and does not:

• Diagnose animal diseases, injuries, or medical conditions
• Prescribe, recommend, or advise on medications or medical treatments
• Provide medical, nutritional, or behavioral advice about your pet’s health
• Replace, substitute for, or serve as an alternative to licensed veterinary care
• Make or influence medical decisions for your animal
• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or clinical relevance of any health-related impressions received during a session

Veterinary Consultation Required

YOU MUST CONSULT A LICENSED VETERINARIAN: Any health-related information, symptoms, concerns, or impressions that arise during Animal Communication sessions MUST be investigated with a properly licensed and insured veterinary professional before any action is taken. While intuitive insights have helped some clients identify issues for veterinary investigation, you are required to seek professional veterinary care for all medical concerns regardless of what is communicated during a session.

You explicitly agree that you will not rely solely on psychic communication for any health-related decisions concerning your animal and will not delay, avoid, modify, or discontinue veterinary care based on session content. Emergency situations require immediate veterinary attention. Psychic consultation is never an appropriate response to a veterinary emergency.

Translator Role Only

Ruby Rayne acts exclusively as an intuitive translator, relaying impressions and messages perceived from your animal. The interpretation, evaluation, and application of this information remains solely your responsibility. You acknowledge that psychic communication is inherently subjective, that Ruby Rayne cannot verify the objective accuracy of messages received, and that any information communicated during a session may be incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to misinterpretation.

ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES DISCLAIMER

LEGAL CLASSIFICATION: All Animal Communication services are provided for entertainment purposes only. This classification applies at all times, without exception, regardless of the nature of the session content, the accuracy of any information received, or the personal or spiritual value you may derive from the experience. ACCURACY DISCLAIMER FOR EXTENDED-SCOPE REQUESTS: Spiriteric may, at its sole discretion, attempt to receive impressions on these topics if requested by the client. However, you acknowledge and agree that information received on extended-scope topics is substantially less likely to be accurate than standard session communication. Impressions on these topics should be treated as speculative, unverified, and unreliable. You agree not to make any decisions or take any actions based on extended-scope impressions without independent verification through appropriate professional or factual sources. Spiriteric assumes no liability whatsoever for the accuracy or inaccuracy of any extended-scope information, and your request for such information constitutes your informed acceptance of these heightened accuracy limitations.

COMPREHENSIVE RECORDING CONSENT AND USAGE RIGHTS

Mandatory Recording Policy

ALL SESSIONS ARE RECORDED: Every Animal Communication session is recorded in full via Zoom’s video, audio, and AI transcription features, as well as through Fathom AI or other recording tools as utilized by Spiriteric. This is a non-negotiable condition of service. If you do not consent to recording, you may not participate in sessions. Recording protects both parties and provides you with a valuable record of your pet’s messages.

Content Usage Rights

DEFAULT PERPETUAL RIGHTS GRANT: By participating in sessions, you automatically grant Spiriteric and Ruby Rayne the following comprehensive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free usage rights unless you notify Spiriteric in writing before your session that you prefer Limited Marketing Rights:

Perpetual Worldwide Rights (Default)

• Unlimited use of session recordings, transcripts, and content for any lawful purpose
• Rights to create and distribute case studies, teaching materials, and examples derived from session content
• Permission to share animal communication success stories attributed or anonymized
• Use of your pet’s story, messages, and session content for educational purposes
• Rights to anonymize and share content for animal communication promotion and marketing
• Inclusion in books, courses, workshops, trainings, digital products, and any other current or future media
• Use of photos you provide of your pet, with credit where reasonably practicable
• No time limitations, geographic restrictions, or medium restrictions
• Rights survive termination of the client relationship and cannot be revoked once content is published

For Limited Marketing Rights, you must notify Spiriteric in writing before your session. You always retain the right to request that Spiriteric not use specific sensitive content, and Spiriteric will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, but published content cannot be recalled.

Recording Access and Distribution

Session recordings will be provided via secure link within a reasonable timeframe following the session. Links remain active for a limited period. After expiration, an administrative fee applies for link renewal. Recordings remain property of Spiriteric with a personal-use license granted to you. You may not distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly broadcast, or commercially use session recordings without written permission from Spiriteric.

PET OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate information about your pet including name, species, age, and relevant background. You understand that incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the quality of communication received. Spiriteric is not responsible for session outcomes affected by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

Decision-Making Authority

You retain full and sole responsibility for all decisions regarding your pet’s care, health, medical treatment, and wellbeing. Information received during sessions is for your personal consideration only and does not constitute professional advice or recommendation. You agree not to make major decisions regarding your animal (including but not limited to medical treatment, surgery, euthanasia, rehoming, dietary changes, or medication changes) based solely on psychic communication without appropriate professional consultation from a licensed veterinarian or other qualified professional.

Emotional Considerations

You acknowledge that Animal Communication sessions can be emotionally intense, particularly when connecting with ill, aging, or deceased pets. Sessions may surface unexpected emotions, grief, guilt, or distress. You accept full responsibility for your emotional wellbeing before, during, and after sessions and agree to seek appropriate mental health support if needed. Spiriteric is not liable for emotional distress experienced as a result of session content.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INFORMED CONSENT

You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in Animal Communication sessions, including but not limited to:

• Receiving information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or distressing
• Emotional distress from messages received or from inability to connect with a specific animal
• Making decisions influenced by session content that produce undesired outcomes
• The inherent subjectivity and unverifiable nature of psychic communication
• Technology failures during recorded sessions

You understand that you are an active participant in the session and that results depend on numerous factors beyond the control of Spiriteric, including your own openness, emotional state, the animal’s willingness to communicate, energetic conditions, and other variables that cannot be predicted or controlled.

PAYMENT TERMS AND POLICIES

Payment Requirements

Full payment at the then-current rate is required at the time of booking through the designated scheduling platform. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal. Sessions cannot be confirmed without full payment. All pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.

No-Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to the preparatory energy work, reserved calendar time, and the immediate commencement of energetic connection upon booking, no refunds will be issued once payment is made under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to dissatisfaction with messages received, inability to connect with a specific animal, disagreement with information provided, change of mind, or any other reason whatsoever. This no-refund policy is a material term of the transaction and your agreement to it is a condition of purchase.

Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the session entirely with no refund, credit, or makeup session. Emergency exceptions may be considered at Spiriteric’s sole discretion with appropriate documentation.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR DECEASED ANIMALS

Communication with deceased pets involves mediumship abilities that operate beyond the scope of physical or scientific verification. While many clients receive profound comfort and validation from these sessions, connection strength, clarity, and content vary based on numerous factors beyond anyone’s control. No guarantee can be made regarding the ability to connect with any specific deceased animal, the quality or duration of any connection achieved, or the nature of messages received.

Messages from deceased pets are filtered through the medium’s interpretation and cannot be independently verified by any objective means. You understand and accept the inherently subjective nature of after-death communication and assume all risks associated with receiving such communications, including the risk of emotional distress.

COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

Complete Waiver and Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Spiriteric, Ruby Rayne, Moto.Red Design House LLC, and all of their respective officers, members, agents, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to Animal Communication services, including but not limited to:

• Emotional distress from messages received, not received, or misinterpreted
• Decisions made or actions taken based on session content
• Accuracy, inaccuracy, or incompleteness of any information communicated
• Inability to connect with specific animals, living or deceased

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to your participation in Animal Communication sessions, your use or misuse of information received during sessions, your violation of these agreements, decisions you make regarding your pet’s care based on session content, or any third-party claims resulting from your participation.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the total liability of Spiriteric or any Released Party exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall any Released Party be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, emotional distress, veterinary expenses, or loss of an animal, regardless of the cause of action and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these agreements, any Animal Communication session, or any services provided, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in King County, Washington. Each party shall bear its own costs, expenses, and attorney fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Spiriteric or any Released Party.

GOVERNING LAW: These agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent that any legal proceeding is not subject to arbitration, exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these agreements is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These agreements, together with all other terms, waivers, and agreements published on this page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spiriteric regarding Animal Communication services. CLIENT SELF-SCHEDULING POLICY

Online Scheduling Requirement

All Spiriteric appointments must be scheduled, rescheduled, and canceled exclusively through the designated online scheduling platform, Acuity Scheduling, accessible at spiriteric.as.me. Spiriteric does not accept appointment requests via email, text message, social media, voicemail, or any other channel. Any appointment not booked through the designated scheduling platform is not confirmed and will not be honored.

Client Responsibility

You are solely responsible for managing your appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and canceling, through the Acuity Scheduling platform. This includes selecting the correct service type, providing accurate intake information, and completing payment at the time of booking. Spiriteric is not responsible for appointments missed due to client error in the scheduling process, failure to read confirmation details, or failure to manage calendar conflicts.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the session entirely with no refund, credit, or makeup session. No-Show Policy

Technical Issues

Platform Availability

These sessions are not therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, or medical treatment. They are compassionate gathering spaces guided by Ruby Rayne’s intuitive wisdom and the collective experience of shared grief. All group sessions are classified as spiritual support services provided for entertainment purposes only.

GROUP SESSION WAIVER AND DISCLAIMER

Nature of Services

Non-Medical Services: Group sessions are not intended to be and do not constitute a substitute for professional mental health care, medical care, grief counseling, or any form of licensed professional treatment. RECORDING CONSENT AND USAGE RIGHTS

Mandatory Recording Policy

ALL Pet Loss Grief Group sessions are recorded via Zoom’s video, audio, and AI transcription features, as well as through Fathom AI or other recording tools as utilized by Spiriteric. Recording is a non-negotiable condition of participation. If you do not consent to being recorded, you may not participate. Recording serves the following purposes:

• Legal Documentation: Recordings provide proof of services rendered and document session conduct for the protection of all parties
• Ethical Standards: Recordings ensure professional guidelines and ethical boundaries are maintained
• Participant Access: Recordings are provided to active participants for continued healing and integration
• Quality Assurance: Recordings may be reviewed internally to maintain service quality and facilitator development

Content Usage Rights

By participating in Pet Loss Grief Group sessions, you grant Spiriteric and Ruby Rayne the following rights:

Behavioral Expectations

• Respectful Communication: Honor all participants’ grief experiences without comparison, judgment, minimization, or unsolicited advice
• Time Sharing: Be mindful of speaking time to allow all members the opportunity to share
• Trigger Awareness: Use content warnings when sharing particularly intense, graphic, or potentially triggering experiences
• Sobriety: Attend sessions sober and fully present. Participants who appear intoxicated or impaired will be removed
• No Solicitation: Do not use group sessions to promote, advertise, or sell products, services, or personal businesses to other participants

Sacred Container Agreements

• Emotional Expression: Tears, anger, sadness, and all emotions are welcome and honored within the group
• No Fixing: Refrain from giving advice, diagnosing, or attempting to “fix” another participant’s grief unless specifically requested
• Personal Responsibility: Own your experience and reactions without blaming other participants or the facilitator
• Technology Boundaries: Minimize distractions, mute when not speaking, and use video when possible to support group connection

Removal Policy

Spiriteric reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately and permanently remove any participant who:

• Violates confidentiality agreements
• Exhibits disruptive, disrespectful, harassing, or abusive behavior toward any participant or the facilitator
• Appears intoxicated or impaired during sessions
• Consistently violates group guidelines after being notified
• Creates an unsafe, hostile, or uncomfortable environment for other participants
• Solicits other participants for products, services, or personal gain

Removal is at Spiriteric’s sole discretion and is final. No refund, credit, or appeal process is available for removed participants.

MEDICAL AND CRISIS DISCLAIMERS

Scope of Services

Pet Loss Grief Groups are NOT:

• Professional therapy, counseling, or grief counseling

• Licensed professional services of any kind

TECHNOLOGY AND PRIVACY

Platform Security

All sessions are conducted via Zoom with security features enabled including waiting rooms and host controls. Recordings are stored on secure servers with access limited to authorized Spiriteric personnel and active group members. Group communications outside of sessions are conducted through standard channels and may not be encrypted.

Your Privacy Responsibilities

• Ensure you are in a private space during sessions where others cannot overhear group content
• You accept all inherent risks in digital communication platforms, including the possibility of unauthorized access, data breaches, or technology failures beyond Spiriteric’s control
• Do not create personal recordings (audio, video, screenshots, or transcriptions) of group sessions. Unauthorized recording is a violation of these agreements and may result in immediate removal and potential legal action

COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

Complete Waiver and Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Spiriteric, Ruby Rayne, Moto.Red Design House LLC, and all of their respective officers, members, agents, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to your participation in Pet Loss Grief Group sessions, including but not limited to:

• Emotional distress, grief reactions, or psychological responses triggered by session content or other participants’ shares
• Decisions made or actions taken based on information, guidance, or experiences during sessions
• Interactions with other group members, whether during or outside of sessions
• Breaches of confidentiality by other participants
• Technology failures, data breaches, or platform issues
• Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind, whether caused by negligence or otherwise

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Pet Loss Grief Group sessions, including but not limited to:

• Processing grief in a group setting can be emotionally intense, unpredictable, and potentially re-traumatizing
• Group dynamics are inherently unpredictable despite facilitation
• Spiritual practices and intuitive guidance may surface unexpected emotions, memories, or experiences
• Other participants’ behavior, statements, and emotional responses are outside of Spiriteric’s control
• Digital platforms carry inherent privacy and security risks

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to your participation in group sessions, your interactions with other participants, your violation of these agreements (including confidentiality breaches), or any third-party claims resulting from your participation.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the total liability of Spiriteric or any Released Party exceed the amount you paid for the specific session or membership period giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall any Released Party be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of income, or any other intangible loss, regardless of the cause of action and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Session Content: Spiriteric retains ownership of all session structures, frameworks, teachings, exercises, and materials
• Participant Contributions: You retain ownership of your personal stories and experiences while granting usage rights as outlined in the recording and content usage sections of this agreement
• Group Materials: Any handouts, guides, exercises, worksheets, or resources provided during or in connection with the group remain the exclusive intellectual property of Spiriteric and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission

GRIEVING OUR SACRED SOULS INTEGRATION

Participants in the Pet Loss Grief Group may receive complimentary access to the Grieving Our Sacred Souls email series during their active membership or participation period. This supplemental support provides additional resources for processing grief between group sessions. Access to this series terminates when group participation or membership ends unless separately purchased or renewed.

MODIFICATIONS, SEVERABILITY, AND GOVERNING LAW

Modifications

Spiriteric reserves the right to modify these agreements, group format, session frequency, membership terms, and any other aspect of the Pet Loss Grief Group at any time without prior notice. Continued participation after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. The current version of these agreements is always available on this page.

Severability

If any provision of these agreements is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these agreements, any Pet Loss Grief Group session, or any services provided shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in King County, Washington. Each party shall bear its own costs, expenses, and attorney fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Spiriteric or any Released Party.

GOVERNING LAW: These agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

These agreements, together with all other terms, waivers, and agreements published on this page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spiriteric regarding Pet Loss Grief Group services. No oral or written statement by any Spiriteric representative shall modify or supplement these terms unless set forth in a signed written amendment.

By registering for, paying for, or participating in any Pet Loss Grief Group session, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You have read, understood, and accept all terms, waivers, and agreements contained herein
2. You are 18 years of age or older
3. You are seeking spiritual support, not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment

By scheduling, paying for, or participating in any session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all terms, conditions, waivers, and agreements contained herein.

SUMMARY: All Spiriteric services require full payment in advance and are completely non-refundable under any circumstances. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance but are forfeited entirely if canceled within 48 hours. All sessions are mandatorily recorded via Zoom and AI transcription for legal protection and your integration benefit, with recordings provided to you within a reasonable timeframe. By participating, you automatically grant Spiriteric perpetual worldwide rights to use session content for case studies, testimonials, and educational materials unless you specifically request limited marketing rights in writing before your session. Psyche Recovery sessions are premium spiritual healing services priced at professional consulting rates, subject to the same pricing terms described above.

Session Structure

All Psyche sessions are booked in 60-minute blocks. Actual session length may vary based on the nature of the work and the practitioner’s assessment. No refunds are given if a session concludes in less than 60 minutes, and no additional costs are incurred if a session requires the full block. If a session requires additional time, the client may be offered the ability to pay a continuation fee to extend the current session (if no other clients will be displaced in the calendar), or the client will be instructed to book a separate session to continue the work at the current rate.

You acknowledge and accept that soul-level healing work, psyche development, and psyche recovery can uncover deep-seated patterns, past traumas, repressed memories, buried emotions, childhood experiences, relational wounds, and energetic blockages. This process may feel emotionally intense and can trigger unexpected reactions, emotional flooding, psychological distress, physical sensations, or altered states of awareness. These responses are possible even in sessions that are not specifically focused on emotional or traumatic content. You understand that this is part of the process and you consent to engage with whatever arises during your sessions.

Pre-Existing Conditions Acknowledgment

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, mental health diagnosis, history of trauma, seizure disorder, dissociative disorder, active substance use disorder, or any other condition that could be affected by emotionally intense spiritual work, you are required to disclose this information before your session and to ensure that you are concurrently working with appropriate licensed professionals. Spiriteric is not responsible for exacerbation of pre-existing conditions that are not disclosed prior to the session or that are disclosed but for which the client is not concurrently receiving appropriate professional care.

Personal Responsibility

You accept full and sole responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing before, during, and after sessions. You agree to practice appropriate self-care, seek licensed professional support when needed, and communicate any concerns that arise during sessions. You understand that you are an active participant in your own process and that results depend entirely on your engagement, implementation, personal circumstances, and numerous factors beyond the control of Spiriteric.

No Guarantees

While many clients report profound shifts, breakthroughs, and positive changes, Spiriteric makes no guarantees, warranties, representations, or promises regarding specific outcomes. All services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Results vary based on individual circumstances, readiness for change, implementation of guidance, and numerous factors beyond anyone’s control. No promises are made regarding increased wealth, health improvements, relationship outcomes, career success, resolution of trauma, elimination of symptoms, or any other specific results.

COMPREHENSIVE RECORDING CONSENT AND USAGE RIGHTS

Mandatory Recording Policy

ALL SESSIONS ARE RECORDED: Every Psyche Development and Psyche Recovery session is recorded in full via Zoom’s video, audio, and AI transcription features, as well as through Fathom AI or other recording tools as utilized by Spiriteric. This is a non-negotiable condition of service. If you do not consent to recording, you may not participate in sessions.

Recordings serve the following purposes:

• Legal Documentation: Recordings serve as legal proof of services rendered and protect both parties
• Ethical Standards: Recordings ensure professional guidelines and ethical boundaries are maintained
• Client Benefit: Recordings are provided to you for continued integration, review, and personal use
• Professional Development: Recordings may be reviewed internally for service improvement and quality assurance
• Content Development: With your consent or as authorized under the usage rights granted herein, content may be used for educational, promotional, and training purposes

Perpetual Worldwide Content Usage Rights (Default)

DEFAULT PERPETUAL RIGHTS GRANT: By participating in sessions, you automatically grant Spiriteric and Ruby Rayne a comprehensive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use session content, including but not limited to:

• Unlimited use of session recordings, transcripts, and content for any lawful purpose
• Rights to create and distribute case studies, teaching materials, and examples
• Permission to quote, excerpt, reference, or paraphrase your journey and session content
• Use of testimonials, feedback, and success stories, attributed or anonymized
• Rights to anonymize and share insights for educational, promotional, and training purposes
• Permission to use in books, courses, workshops, digital products, trainings, and any other current or future media
• No time limitations, geographic restrictions, or medium restrictions
• Rights survive termination of the client relationship and cannot be revoked once content is published

Limited Marketing Rights (Opt-In Alternative)

If you prefer limited usage, you must notify Spiriteric in writing before your session. Limited Marketing Rights restrict usage to:

• Marketing materials only (website, social media, advertisements)
• Testimonials and reviews with your prior approval
• Anonymous case studies with reasonably identifying details removed
• No use in paid products or educational materials
• Right to request removal of active marketing uses (published content cannot be recalled)

Recording Access and Distribution

Session recordings will be provided via secure link within a reasonable timeframe following the session. Links remain active for a limited period. After expiration, an administrative fee applies for link renewal. Recordings remain the property of Spiriteric with a personal-use license granted to you for private review and integration only. You may not distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly broadcast, upload to any platform, or commercially use session recordings without written permission from Spiriteric.

Full payment at the current rate is required at the time of booking through the designated scheduling platform. No-Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to the immediate energetic exchange, reserved calendar time, and preparatory work involved, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is made. This includes but is not limited to changing your mind, dissatisfaction with services, failure to attend, technical difficulties on your end, disagreement with guidance provided, or any other reason whatsoever. This no-refund policy is a material term of the transaction and your agreement to it is a condition of purchase.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the session entirely with no refund, credit, or makeup session. Emergency exceptions may be considered at Spiriteric’s sole discretion with appropriate documentation.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Professional Confidentiality

Spiriteric maintains professional confidentiality regarding your personal information and session content, except as authorized by the content usage rights granted in this agreement, as required by law, or as necessary to protect the safety of any individual.

Confidentiality Exceptions

Confidentiality may be breached in the following circumstances:

• Reports or reasonable suspicion of child abuse or neglect
• Reports or reasonable suspicion of elder or vulnerable adult abuse or neglect
• Credible threats of imminent harm to yourself or others
• Court-ordered or legally compelled disclosure
• As authorized under the content usage rights granted in this agreement

TECHNOLOGY ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

You acknowledge that digital communication technology is not infallible and accept all inherent risks associated with digital communication platforms, including but not limited to the possibility of unauthorized access, data breaches, recording failures, and technology interruptions. You understand that sessions require a stable internet connection, functioning audio and video equipment, and a private space. Technical difficulties on your end do not warrant refunds, credits, session extensions, or makeup sessions. Spiriteric is not responsible for technology failures attributable to your equipment, internet service, or third-party platform issues.

COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

• Accuracy, inaccuracy, or incompleteness of any information or guidance provided
• Surfacing of repressed memories, trauma responses, or unexpected emotional reactions
• Relationship changes, career decisions, or life changes influenced by session content
• Any claim arising from the recording, storage, distribution, or use of session content
• Any injury, loss, damage, or death of any kind, whether caused by negligence or otherwise

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to your participation in sessions, your use or misuse of information or guidance received, your violation of these agreements, decisions you make based on session content, or any third-party claims resulting from your participation.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the total liability of Spiriteric or any Released Party exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall any Released Party be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of income, relationship losses, or any other tangible or intangible loss, regardless of the cause of action and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

All methodologies, processes, techniques, frameworks, teachings, exercises, and materials developed, shared, or utilized by Spiriteric during sessions or in connection with services remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ruby Rayne and Spiriteric. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these agreements is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These agreements, together with all other terms, waivers, and agreements published on this page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spiriteric regarding Psyche Development and Psyche Recovery services. No oral or written statement by any Spiriteric representative, whether made during a session, in marketing materials, or in any other context, shall modify or supplement these terms unless set forth in a signed written amendment. These agreements supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter herein.

By scheduling, paying for, or participating in any Psyche Development or Psyche Recovery session, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You have read, understood, and accept all terms, conditions, and agreements contained herein
2. You are 18 years of age or older
3. You are seeking spiritual guidance, not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment
4. You understand all services are classified for entertainment purposes only
5. You consent to mandatory session recording as a non-negotiable condition of service
6. You grant perpetual worldwide content usage rights as specified (or have submitted a written request for Limited Marketing Rights before your session)
7. You understand and accept the no-refund policy without exception
8. You have disclosed any pre-existing medical or mental health conditions that could be affected by emotionally intense spiritual work
9. You voluntarily assume all risks and release all liability as described herein
10. You agree to binding arbitration in King County, Washington for any disputes

By applying for, paying for, or participating in the Rise Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all terms, conditions, waivers, and agreements contained herein. This agreement supersedes all previous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the Rise Program.

RISE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION AND COMMITMENT

Program Overview

The Rise Program is a multi-month soul integration coaching intensive designed for deep healing and reconnection with your authentic self. This container is specifically created for individuals ready to reclaim scattered parts of themselves and step into their true power. The program addresses root-level healing through psychic insight, energy work, and soul-level transformation through spiritual and energetic modalities distinct from clinical psychology, psychotherapy, or licensed counseling frameworks.

Program Components

The Rise Program includes:

• Multiple Soul Integration Sessions: Deep psychic readings focused on what your soul needs to heal, including entity removal, fragmentation healing, energetic clearing, and authentic purpose reconnection. The number and length of sessions are determined by the program tier purchased.
• Voice and Text Support Between Sessions: Direct access to Ruby for guidance during intense integration periods and breakthrough moments, subject to reasonable response times and practitioner availability

Program components are subject to change and may differ from descriptions in marketing materials. The specific deliverables for your enrollment are those confirmed at the time of your payment.

Time Commitment and Expectations

The Rise Program requires a significant commitment of time, energy, and presence. Sessions are scheduled at regular intervals over the program period. Between sessions, you are expected to engage with integration practices, implement guidance received, and actively participate in your transformation process. This is intensive soul-level work requiring dedication, courage, and personal accountability. Failure to engage with the program between sessions may diminish results, but does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or program extension.

PRICING, INVESTMENT, AND PAYMENT TERMS

Program Investment

The Rise Program is a premium, high-investment spiritual coaching intensive priced at professional consulting rates reflecting the comprehensive nature of the program, including significant preparatory work, continuous energetic support, personalized guidance, and Ruby’s full commitment to your transformation journey. Current pricing is displayed on the booking page and during the enrollment process. Spiriteric may offer promotional pricing, payment arrangements, tiered pricing, or limited-time offers at its sole discretion. Any reduced rate represents a discount from standard rates and does not establish a new standard rate or entitle the purchaser to the same pricing in the future. All pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment Requirements

FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED: The full program investment must be paid at the time of enrollment unless an alternative payment arrangement has been explicitly agreed to in writing by Spiriteric. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and bank transfer.

Third-Party Payment Options

You may explore third-party buy-now-pay-later services for program payment. Any arrangements with third-party payment providers are solely between you and that provider. Spiriteric receives full payment at enrollment regardless of your payment arrangement with third parties. Failure to make payments to a third-party provider does not affect your obligations under this agreement or entitle you to a refund from Spiriteric.

Absolute No-Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Due to the immediate commencement of energetic work, sacred space holding, access to proprietary methodologies, and reserved practitioner time, the full program investment is completely non-refundable once payment is made. This no-refund policy is absolute and applies regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Changes in financial circumstances
• Dissatisfaction with program content, delivery, or results
• Inability or unwillingness to complete the program
• Personal, professional, or family conflicts
• Failure to attend scheduled sessions
• Relocation, illness, or life changes
• Any other reason whatsoever

This no-refund policy is a material term of the transaction. Your agreement to it is a condition of enrollment. There is no cooling-off period once payment is submitted.

EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS AND PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

Medical or Legal Emergency Extensions

In cases of documented medical or legal emergencies only, program timeline extensions may be considered at Spiriteric’s sole discretion. Emergency extension requirements:

• Official written documentation from a licensed medical professional or legal authority must be provided
• Spiriteric must be notified within 72 hours of the emergency occurrence
• Maximum extension period is determined by Spiriteric based on documented severity
• Only one emergency extension is permitted per enrollment
• Extensions do not alter the no-refund policy in any way
• Extension approval is at Spiriteric’s sole and absolute discretion

Program Completion Inability

If you cannot complete the program despite an approved emergency extension, you may choose one of the following options at Spiriteric’s discretion:

Option 1 — Service Credit: Remaining program value may be converted to credit for future Spiriteric services. Credit may be applied to individual sessions or products. Credit expires within a reasonable period determined by Spiriteric. Credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended. The credit amount is calculated proportionally based on unused sessions relative to the total program.

Option 2 — Program Transfer: Remaining program time may be transferred to a qualified individual (friend or family member). The transferee must complete an intake consultation and be approved by Ruby Rayne. Transfer must occur within 30 days of notification. The original participant forfeits all remaining benefits upon transfer. No partial transfers are permitted. The transferee is bound by all terms of this agreement.

COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL AND PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMERS

Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: The Rise Program is an intensive spiritual coaching program. It is NOT medical treatment, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, licensed counseling, psychiatric care, or any form of licensed professional healthcare service. Ruby Rayne is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, social worker, or healthcare professional of any kind. This program does not and cannot diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition.

Participation in the Rise Program requires emotional stability and capacity for intensive personal and spiritual work. This program is not appropriate for individuals experiencing severe mental illness, active psychosis, active suicidal ideation, active substance abuse disorders, acute psychiatric crisis, or any condition requiring immediate clinical intervention. You must be under appropriate licensed professional care for any medical or mental health conditions before, during, and after program participation.

Pre-Existing Conditions Disclosure Requirement

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, mental health diagnosis, history of trauma, seizure disorder, dissociative disorder, personality disorder, active or recent substance use disorder, history of psychiatric hospitalization, or any other condition that could be affected by emotionally intense spiritual work, you are required to disclose this information before enrollment and to ensure that you are concurrently working with appropriate licensed professionals throughout the program. Spiriteric is not responsible for exacerbation of pre-existing conditions that are not disclosed prior to enrollment or that are disclosed but for which the participant is not concurrently receiving appropriate professional care.

Spiritual and Energetic Nature of Work

The Rise Program operates within spiritual and energetic paradigms including but not limited to psychic reading and intuitive guidance, energy field assessment and clearing, entity removal and spiritual cleansing, soul fragmentation healing, past life and ancestral pattern clearing, chakra and energetic system alignment, and spiritual awakening facilitation. These modalities are not scientifically validated, are considered alternative spiritual practices, and operate through frameworks distinct from clinical psychology, psychotherapy, or licensed counseling. Results vary dramatically based on individual readiness, openness, implementation, and numerous factors beyond anyone’s control.

Entertainment Purposes Classification

LEGAL CLASSIFICATION: All Rise Program services are provided for entertainment purposes only. This classification applies at all times, without exception, regardless of the depth or intensity of the work performed, the personal significance of the experience, or any outcomes you may attribute to the program. This classification is material to your decision to enroll and is not a mere formality.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS

Proprietary Methodologies

The Rise Program includes proprietary healing methodologies, processes, frameworks, teachings, exercises, and materials developed by Ruby Rayne. All program content, including but not limited to session recordings, written materials, healing practices, energetic techniques, integration tools, and soul transmissions, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Spiriteric. You may not teach, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially use any program content or proprietary methods without explicit written permission from Spiriteric.

Perpetual Content Usage Rights

PERPETUAL USAGE RIGHTS GRANT: By enrolling in the Rise Program, you automatically grant Spiriteric and Ruby Rayne a comprehensive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use program content, including but not limited to:

• All session recordings, transcripts, and content from every program component
• Your transformation story, journey, and program experience
• Case study development from your experience, attributed or anonymized
• Testimonials, feedback, and success stories
• Before-and-after descriptions of your transformation
• Anonymous or attributed examples for teaching, training, and educational purposes
• Use in future programs, books, courses, digital products, trainings, and any other current or future media
• Marketing materials showcasing program effectiveness and participant experiences
• No time limitations, geographic restrictions, or medium restrictions
• Rights survive termination of the client relationship and cannot be revoked once content is published

While Spiriteric will make reasonable efforts to honor requests not to use particularly sensitive content, the perpetual rights grant cannot be revoked once given and published content cannot be recalled.

MANDATORY RECORDING AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Comprehensive Recording Policy

ALL PROGRAM COMPONENTS ARE RECORDED. Every session, support call, check-in, and applicable interaction within the Rise Program is recorded via Zoom, Fathom AI, or other recording tools as utilized by Spiriteric. Recording is mandatory and non-negotiable. If you do not consent to recording, you may not participate in the program. Recordings serve legal protection, quality assurance, ethical standards maintenance, and provide you with valuable integration resources. Session recordings are provided via secure link within a reasonable timeframe. Links remain active for a limited period, after which an administrative fee applies for renewal.

Recording Scope: Voice messages and text exchanges sent as part of the between-session support component may also be retained by Spiriteric for documentation purposes. By sending voice or text messages to Spiriteric as part of the program, you consent to their retention and potential use under the content usage rights granted herein.

Confidentiality

Spiriteric maintains professional confidentiality regarding your personal information and program content, except as authorized by the content usage rights granted in this agreement, as required by law, or as necessary to protect the safety of any individual. Confidentiality may be breached for reports or reasonable suspicion of child or elder abuse or neglect, credible threats of imminent harm to self or others, or court-ordered or legally compelled disclosure.

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS AND AGREEMENTS

Readiness Requirements

By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are emotionally stable enough for intensive spiritual transformation work
• Have adequate personal support systems in place outside of the program
• Are not currently in active mental health crisis, acute psychiatric episode, or experiencing active suicidal ideation
• Are not currently experiencing active, untreated substance abuse
• Have disclosed all pre-existing conditions as required in this agreement
• Can commit the required time to sessions and integration work
• Will implement guidance and practices provided to the best of your ability
• Take full and sole responsibility for your healing journey and all decisions made during and after the program
• Will communicate openly and honestly throughout the program

Session Scheduling and Attendance

All sessions must be scheduled within the program timeframe. Missing a session without providing 48-hour advance notice forfeits that session with no makeup option, no refund, and no credit. Consistent absence, non-participation, or failure to engage with the program may result in program termination at Spiriteric’s sole discretion with no refund. You are solely responsible for scheduling sessions and maintaining program momentum.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Rise Program, including but not limited to:

• Emotional upheaval, psychological distress, and grief responses
• Surfacing of repressed trauma, memories, or childhood experiences
• Temporary destabilization, disorientation, or emotional flooding during integration periods
• Exacerbation of pre-existing medical, psychological, or psychiatric conditions
• Relationship changes, conflicts, or endings
• Career changes, life path shifts, or major life decisions
• Spiritual emergency, awakening symptoms, or altered states of consciousness
• Physical sensations, energy movements, or somatic responses
• Challenge to existing belief systems, identity, or worldview
• Financial consequences of decisions made during or after the program

You voluntarily assume all of these risks and agree that transformation and deep healing work inherently require moving through discomfort, uncertainty, and challenge. You acknowledge that Spiriteric cannot predict, prevent, or control how you respond to intensive spiritual work.

COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

Complete Release and Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Spiriteric, Ruby Rayne, Moto.Red Design House LLC, and all of their respective officers, members, agents, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to your enrollment or participation in the Rise Program, including but not limited to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to your participation in the Rise Program, your use or misuse of program content or guidance, your violation of these agreements, decisions you make during or after the program, or any third-party claims resulting from your participation.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the total liability of Spiriteric or any Released Party exceed the amount you paid for the Rise Program enrollment giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall any Released Party be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of income, relationship losses, or any other tangible or intangible loss, regardless of the cause of action and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these agreements, the Rise Program, or any services provided shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in King County, Washington. Each party shall bear its own costs, expenses, and attorney fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Any legal action must be brought within one year of the issue arising or it is permanently barred.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Spiriteric or any Released Party.

GOVERNING LAW: These agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

SOULMIRROR BONUS INCLUSION

Rise Program participants may receive complimentary access to SoulMirror weekly psyche support communications throughout their program journey. This supplemental support provides additional integration resources between sessions. SoulMirror access terminates at program completion unless separately purchased or renewed at the current rate.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement, together with all other terms, waivers, and agreements published on the Spiriteric Terms of Service page, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Spiriteric regarding the Rise Program. No oral or written statement by any Spiriteric representative, whether made during a session, in marketing materials, on social media, or in any other context, shall modify or supplement these terms unless set forth in a signed written amendment. All questions about program terms must be addressed before payment. Payment indicates full understanding and acceptance of all terms.

By submitting payment for the Rise Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You have read and understood this entire agreement in full
2. You are 18 years of age or older
3. You meet all readiness requirements for intensive soul-level work
4. You have disclosed all pre-existing medical and mental health conditions as required
5. You understand the program investment is completely non-refundable under any circumstances
6. You understand there is no cooling-off period once payment is submitted
7. You consent to comprehensive recording of all program elements as a condition of participation
8. You grant perpetual worldwide content usage rights to Spiriteric
9. You understand emergency exceptions require documented medical or legal emergencies and are granted at Spiriteric’s sole discretion
10. You accept this is spiritual work for entertainment purposes only, not medical or psychological treatment
11. You voluntarily assume all risks and release all liability as described herein
12. You agree to binding arbitration in King County, Washington for any disputes
13. You waive participation in any class action proceeding against Spiriteric

The service operates on an automatic renewal subscription basis and requires users to be 18 years of age or older. All email communications carry inherent security risks that you accept. Spiriteric retains correspondence for legal protection and service improvement. • You are solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken based on AI-generated guidance
• Individual results vary based on personal circumstances and are not guaranteed
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your specific situation

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Spiriteric, Ruby Rayne, Moto.Red Design House LLC, and all of their respective officers, members, agents, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) for any claims arising from or related to SoulMirror shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the total amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) two hundred fifty dollars ($250 USD), whichever amount is lower. Under no circumstances shall any Released Party be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, emotional distress, or other tangible or intangible losses, regardless of the cause of action and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Cancellation

Your Content: By communicating with Luna or Spiriteric through SoulMirror, you grant Spiriteric a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized and de-identified versions of your communications for educational purposes, service improvement, training materials, and quality assurance. Spiriteric will not publicly share identifiable content from your communications without your separate written consent.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to your use of SoulMirror, your reliance on AI-generated content, decisions you make based on SoulMirror guidance, your violation of these terms, or any third-party claims resulting from your use of the service.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, SoulMirror, or any services provided shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in King County, Washington. Each party shall bear its own costs, expenses, and attorney fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. No-Refund Policy

Delivery Timeline

Cancellation

• Emotional distress from messages received, not received, or misinterpreted
• Decisions made or actions taken based on reading content
• Accuracy, inaccuracy, or incompleteness of any information channeled
• Inability to connect with specific guidance, entities, or energy sources
• Any perceived harm resulting from following or not following guidance received
• Financial losses from decisions influenced by reading content
• Relationship changes, career decisions, or life changes resulting from insights received
• Any outcomes resulting from the application or misapplication of channeled information
• Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind, whether caused by negligence or otherwise

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to your purchase or receipt of Spirit Notes readings, your use or misuse of information received, your violation of these agreements, decisions you make based on reading content, or any third-party claims resulting from your use of channeled guidance.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the total liability of Spiriteric or any Released Party exceed the amount you paid for the specific Spirit Notes reading giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall any Released Party be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of income, relationship losses, or any other tangible or intangible loss, regardless of the cause of action and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these agreements, any Spirit Notes reading, or any services provided shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in King County, Washington. Each party shall bear its own costs, expenses, and attorney fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Spiriteric or any Released Party.

GOVERNING LAW: These agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these agreements is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These agreements, together with all other terms, waivers, and agreements published on the Spiriteric Terms of Service page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spiriteric regarding Spirit Notes readings. No oral or written statement by any Spiriteric representative shall modify or supplement these terms unless set forth in a signed written amendment.

INTRODUCTION AND APPLICABILITY

Welcome to Spiriteric, a spiritual coaching and psyche development practice operated by Ruby Rayne and Moto.Red Design House LLC. These General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) govern your use of the Spiriteric website, all services offered by Spiriteric, and all interactions with Spiriteric in any capacity. These General Terms apply to all Spiriteric services, including but not limited to Psyche Development sessions, Psyche Recovery sessions, Animal Communication sessions, the Rise Program, SoulMirror, Spirit Notes, Pet Loss Grief Group, and any other current or future service offering.

By accessing the Spiriteric website, booking any service, making any payment, subscribing to any communication, or otherwise engaging with Spiriteric, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these General Terms and all service-specific agreements published on this page. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Spiriteric services or this website.

These General Terms operate in conjunction with the service-specific agreements, waivers, and policies published on this page. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and a service-specific agreement, the service-specific agreement controls for that service. Where a service-specific agreement is silent on a topic covered by these General Terms, these General Terms apply.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Spiriteric provides spiritual coaching, psyche development, intuitive guidance, energy work, psychic readings, animal communication, channeled readings, and related spiritual services. Our services are intended to support individuals in personal growth, self-discovery, energetic healing, and spiritual development through modalities distinct from clinical psychology, psychotherapy, or licensed counseling frameworks.

All Spiriteric services are provided for entertainment purposes only. This classification applies at all times, without exception, to every service offered by Spiriteric regardless of how the service is described in marketing materials, on the website, during sessions, or in any other context. This classification is material to your decision to engage with Spiriteric and is not a mere formality.

ELIGIBILITY

All Spiriteric services are restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older. By using any Spiriteric service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Services cannot be purchased on behalf of minors. Spiriteric does not knowingly market to, collect data from, or provide services to individuals under the age of 18 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL AND PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMERS

Ruby Rayne and all Spiriteric practitioners, employees, agents, and contractors are not licensed medical doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, counselors, social workers, financial advisors, legal professionals, veterinarians, or any form of licensed or credentialed professional service provider. Spiriteric services do not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have any concerns regarding your mental or physical health, you are required to consult with a qualified, licensed healthcare provider. Do not disregard, delay, avoid, modify, or discontinue professional medical or mental health advice or treatment because of anything communicated during any Spiriteric service or on this website.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All Spiriteric services are premium spiritual guidance services priced at professional consulting rates. Spiriteric may offer promotional pricing, discounts, packages, bundles, memberships, or limited-time offers at its sole discretion. Any reduced rate represents a discount from standard rates and does not establish a new standard rate or entitle the purchaser to the same pricing in the future. Current pricing is always displayed on the booking page at the time of purchase. All pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless an alternative payment arrangement has been explicitly agreed to in writing by Spiriteric. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and bank transfer as applicable. Services cannot be confirmed without full payment.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is made. This applies to all Spiriteric services without exception. This no-refund policy is a material term of every transaction and your agreement to it is a condition of purchase. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are governed by the applicable service-specific agreement.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the session entirely with no refund, credit, or makeup session. Emergency exceptions may be considered at Spiriteric’s sole discretion with appropriate documentation. Service-specific agreements may contain additional or modified cancellation terms that supersede this section for that service.

DIGITAL RECORDING

All sessions conducted via video conference are recorded in full via Zoom’s video, audio, and AI transcription features, as well as through Fathom AI or other recording tools as utilized by Spiriteric. Recording is a non-negotiable condition of service for all live sessions. If you do not consent to recording, you may not participate in sessions.

Session recordings will be provided via secure link within a reasonable timeframe following the session. Links remain active for a limited period. After link expiration, an administrative fee applies for link renewal. Spiriteric reserves the right to withhold a session recording based on the nature and content of the session. Recordings remain the property of Spiriteric with a personal-use license granted to the client. Clients may not distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly broadcast, upload to any platform, or commercially use session recordings without written permission from Spiriteric.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Spiriteric maintains professional confidentiality regarding client personal information and session content, except as authorized under content usage rights granted in applicable service agreements, as required by law, or as necessary to protect the safety of any individual. Confidentiality may be breached for reports or reasonable suspicion of child or elder abuse or neglect, credible threats of imminent harm to self or others, court-ordered or legally compelled disclosure, or as authorized under applicable content usage rights.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All Spiriteric services, website content, session content, and communications are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Spiriteric expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, and non-infringement. Spiriteric does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or benefits from any service. Any reliance you place on information provided by Spiriteric is strictly at your own risk.

COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY RELEASE

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Spiriteric, Ruby Rayne, Moto.Red Design House LLC, and all of their respective officers, members, agents, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to your use of any Spiriteric service, the Spiriteric website, or any content or communication provided by Spiriteric, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to your use of Spiriteric services or the website, your reliance on any information or guidance provided, your violation of these General Terms or any service-specific agreement, decisions you make based on Spiriteric content or sessions, or any third-party claims resulting from your engagement with Spiriteric.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Spiriteric website, all methodologies, processes, techniques, frameworks, teachings, exercises, materials, session structures, digital products, email content, and all other intellectual property developed, published, or shared by Spiriteric remain the exclusive property of Ruby Rayne and Moto.Red Design House LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, teach, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially use any Spiriteric intellectual property without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of Spiriteric intellectual property may result in legal action.

STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

Any claim or cause of action arising from or related to these General Terms, any service-specific agreement, any Spiriteric service, or the Spiriteric website must be brought within one (1) year of the date on which the claim or cause of action arose, regardless of when the claimant discovered or should have discovered the basis for the claim. Any claim not brought within this one-year period is permanently barred. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

NO WAIVER

The failure of Spiriteric to enforce any provision of these General Terms or any service-specific agreement at any time does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it at a later time. No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Spiriteric to be effective.

FORCE MAJEURE

Spiriteric shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these General Terms or any service-specific agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond Spiriteric’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government actions or restrictions, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, platform outages (including Zoom, Acuity Scheduling, or other third-party services), severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, or practitioner illness or incapacity. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, Spiriteric will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable but is not obligated to provide refunds, credits, or makeup sessions for service disruptions caused by force majeure events.

ASSIGNMENT

Spiriteric may assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights or obligations under these General Terms or any service-specific agreement to any person or entity at any time without notice to you, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or restructuring. You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these General Terms or any service-specific agreement to any person or entity without the prior written consent of Spiriteric. Any purported assignment by you without such consent is void.

NO THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES

These General Terms and all service-specific agreements are intended solely for the benefit of Spiriteric and the individual client who is a party to the applicable agreement. Nothing in these agreements confers any rights, remedies, obligations, or liabilities on any third party, including but not limited to family members, partners, employers, legal representatives, or any other person who is not a direct party to the agreement. No third party may enforce any provision of these agreements.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND CONSENT VALIDITY

You acknowledge and agree that your payment for any Spiriteric service, your booking of any appointment, your subscription to any service, or your participation in any session constitutes your legally binding electronic signature and acceptance of the applicable terms, conditions, waivers, and agreements. This electronic signature is valid and enforceable under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. 7001 et seq.) and the Washington Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (RCW 1.80). Your electronic acceptance carries the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature on a physical document.

SURVIVAL

The following provisions of these General Terms and corresponding provisions in all service-specific agreements shall survive the termination, expiration, or cancellation of any service, agreement, or client relationship for any reason: Comprehensive Liability Release, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Intellectual Property, Dispute Resolution and Governing Law, Statute of Limitations, No Third-Party Beneficiaries, Confidentiality (obligations of the client), Content Usage Rights (as granted in service-specific agreements), and any other provision that by its nature is intended to survive termination. Survival of these provisions is not limited in duration unless expressly stated.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Spiriteric reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any client at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of any terms or agreements, abusive or disrespectful behavior toward Spiriteric or its practitioners, failure to comply with session guidelines, conduct that creates a safety concern, or any other reason Spiriteric deems appropriate. Termination of services does not entitle the client to any refund, credit, or compensation. All provisions that survive termination as described above remain in full effect.

WEBSITE USE

The Spiriteric website is provided for informational and commercial purposes. You may access and browse the website freely, but you may not use the website or its content in any manner that infringes Spiriteric’s intellectual property, interferes with the operation of the website, harvests data or personal information from the website, introduces malicious code or software, or violates any applicable law. Spiriteric makes no representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of website content and reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time without notice.

MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS

Spiriteric reserves the right to modify these General Terms, any service-specific agreement, and any other terms published on this page at any time without prior notice. The current version of all terms is always available on this page. Your continued use of Spiriteric services or the website after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Modifications apply prospectively and do not alter the terms that were in effect at the time of a completed transaction unless otherwise required by law.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these General Terms or any service-specific agreement is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

No oral or written statement by any Spiriteric representative, whether made during a session, in marketing materials, on social media, via email, or in any other context, shall modify or supplement these terms unless set forth in a signed written amendment.
